Fujitsu Racing GRM Launch & Sandown Test
| Off we go again!! After a very successful launch at our GRM headquarters on Friday night we were off to Sandown for the first official test of the year. Our new livery really was a big hit with the fans and received a lot of positive attention from the media. Robbo and Alex, particularly Alex, could not wait to get behind the wheel to kick off the season. The morning session of the test started off quite wet but the day did clear producing some very quick laps towards the end. This was Alex’s first drive in a V8 Supercar and he was very impressed with the drive and grip of these cars. The day for Alex and the crew was not about setting the world on fire with times but to ensure that he got maximum seat time and laps to get comfortable with the car. This was achieved with great success!! Michael also had a good test completing a large number of laps and was right amongst the competitive times set, to finish in 18th position for the day. |

It has been a very busy period for the team and we are off to Winton next Monday to test, and to get in some valuable preparation before our first race in Adelaide in a few weeks.
We look forward to seeing everyone at Clipsal.
